By registering for any course, demo, or service offered by Alvin’s Music Academy, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

By enrolling in any course, demo, or service, you agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions, which govern your participation in our programs.

All registrations must be completed via our website or through our authorized representatives.
You must provide accurate personal information.
Payment (full or as per option) is required to confirm your seat.

Courses are delivered either in-person/live (if applicable) or via online/live interactive classes, depending on what is advertised.
Alvin’s Music Academy reserves the right to change instructor, class schedules, or any part of the syllabus, with notice to students.

Fees for courses/registration/demo are as published on the website or communicated to you during enrollment.
Once payment is made, refund & cancellation policy applies.
Late or non-payment may lead to cancellation of enrollment without refund (as per policy).

All course content, materials, syllabus, recordings (if any) remain the property of Alvin’s Music Academy.
Students are not allowed to reproduce, distribute, or share course materials without permission.

Students are expected to behave respectfully during classes.
Disruption or misconduct may result in removal from a class or course, without refund.

Students are prohibited from sharing or discussing any proprietary information learned from Alvin’s Music Academy, including techniques, methodologies, particulars of teachers, instruments, tunes, or any other confidential content, with any other music academy or competitors in the field and industry.
Students must not use public forums, social media, or any platform to disrupt, abuse, or discredit Alvin’s Music Academy in any derogatory manner. Violation of this clause may result in legal action for defamation.
All rights are reserved with Alvin’s Music Academy.

We strive to deliver quality music education, but do not guarantee specific outcomes (e.g., becoming a professional musician).
Alvin’s Music Academy is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation (unless due to gross negligence on our part).

We may modify these Terms & Conditions from time to time; modifications will be posted on our website.
Continued participation after such changes means you accept them.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Tamil Nadu.
